Q. How long will it take before I can expect to receive my order?
A. All orders are processed within 3 working days. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped out. ’Gingersnaps Kidz’ is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during postage.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept all major credit cards and direct debit through Paypal.
Please note all prices are in Australian dollars.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do.
All International orders are dealt with on an individual basis.
We are happy to ship orders outside Australia. International Shipping Rates are calculated per order, please email your requested items and international address to info@gingersnapskidz.com and we will email you a shipping quote.
Q. Will all the products I order arrive in the same parcel at the same time?
A. Bambeado, Decorations, Immie&Ollie, Lelby’s, Ruby & Belle, Sand, F and Toosh Coosh will be posted directly from the supplier and therefore, will arrive in a different package to the rest of your goods. All other brands will be posted in one package.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. Gingersnaps Kidz will provide credit or exchange only for returned items. We do not refund for change of mind. If a product is faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we will gladly refund the cost of the item. Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom orders, sale or discounted items.
We will credit/exchange/refund the item/s provided :
1. All items are returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
Email info@gingersnapskidz.com with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and a request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund. You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding this.
